The Technical IT Recruiter is a specialized, revenue-enabling role within the Human Resources organization whose primary and dedicated mandate is to support the Sales organization throughout the staff augmentation process. The position operates as the operational and consultative bridge connecting the Commercial teams, end clients, the HITSS Solutions recruitment function in Mexico, and approved third-party staffing partners. Its core purpose is to translate client demand for nearshore technical talent across Latin America into precise, market-aligned hiring requirements, and to orchestrate the end-to-end fulfillment of those requirements — from requisition intake and candidate sourcing, through interview coordination, commercial approval, and contracting, to final onboarding.
Although the role is positioned under Human Resources, it carries a direct revenue-generation responsibility. Every requisition it fulfills converts qualified nearshore talent into billable capacity for the business; as such, speed-to-fill, candidate quality, and client experience are central measures of the role's success. The Technical IT Recruiter combines the discipline of a delivery/operations coordinator with the market awareness of a consultative talent advisor, ensuring that the sales pipeline is continuously supplied with the right profiles, at the right rate, within the timelines that protect and grow revenue.
