Claro Enterprise Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Direct Sales team in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) space. The Sales Director will drive revenue growth by leading a high-performing team, developing strategic sales initiatives, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in MSP sales leadership, with expertise in selling complex IT solutions and a preference for vertical market focus. This role reports to the Vice President of US Sales and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Nice to Have:
-Established network of client relationships in target verticals.
-Experience with hybrid sales models or cross-portfolio collaboration.
-Knowledge of Claro’s existing customer base or regional markets (e.g., mid-market or smart city initiatives).
Language Skills:
-English (Spanish is a plus) High
