The Contract Data Extraction & Analysis Intern will support upcoming contract renegotiations with carriers and vendors. Contract information is currently dispersed across multiple documents and formats. This internship will focus on extracting, organizing, and summarizing key commercial and operational terms into a structured, centralized format to support decision‑making during renewals and negotiations.
Essential Functions
Expected Outcomes by the End of the Internship
Required for all internships
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university with at least two (2) completed years of coursework (junior standing or above).
Pursuing a degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field (for technical roles). Business, communications, or related fields may qualify for non-technical roles (e.g., marketing, operations).
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
Legally authorized to work in the applicable jurisdiction for the full 10-week duration.
Able to pass a background check and drug screen appropriate for a cybersecurity firm.
Role Specific Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in: Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies / Pre‑Law (Telecommunications is a plus)
