Company Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Technical Talent Consultant to partner with our Sales teams and clients in delivering top IT talent across Latin America. This role serves as the bridge among clients, recruiting partners, and candidates, ensuring the timely delivery of technical talent while supporting revenue growth, client satisfaction, and staffing excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily and status meetings with internal recruitment teams (HITSS Solutions) to review pipeline progress, address blockers, and align on hiring priorities. Additionally, we will hold weekly meetings with the providers.
  • Maintain and update internal tracking systems to ensure accurate, real-time visibility of all open positions and recruitment activities.
  • Manage and continuously update the Talent Pipeline Tracker portal for end clients, ensuring transparency into candidate status and hiring progress.
  • Prepare and distribute daily internal reports summarizing key recruitment metrics, open requisitions, candidate pipeline status, and risks.
  • Receive, analyze, and validate hiring requirements from the Sales/Commercial team, ensuring alignment on technical skills, business needs, and delivery expectations.
  • Review and refine client-provided job descriptions to improve clarity, competitiveness, and alignment with current IT market standards and technical requirements.
  • Act as a client-facing partner to clarify role requirements, provide market insights, and offer consultative recommendations on hiring strategies.
  • Submit and manage job requisitions through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tool, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Each request includes:
    • Job Title / Role
    • Job Description (attached or embedded)
    • Target hourly rate
    • Expected start date and time-to-fill targets
    • Location and time zone
    • Nearshore constraints (if applicable)
    • Expected interview stages (e.g., 1 round, 2 rounds, etc.)
  • Distribute validated requisitions to HITSS Solutions and approved third-party vendors to expand sourcing coverage and accelerate candidate identification.
  • Review and shortlist candidate profiles, submitting qualified resumes to Hiring Managers for interview selection.
  • Coordinate and track the end-to-end candidate lifecycle, including:
    • Interview scheduling and logistics
    • Candidate preparation and communication
    • Post-interview follow-ups and feedback collection from clients
    • System updates to reflect candidate status and selection outcomes
  • Prepare and submit pricing approval requests to the Pricing teams, ensuring alignment with budget constraints and commercial agreements; track approvals through completion.
  • Initiate and coordinate Statements of Work (SOW) with the Legal team, ensuring timely drafting, review, and approval.
  • Ensure proper documentation and process compliance by closing requests in Flow Manager and attaching all required audit-ready documentation, including:
    • Approved SOW
    • Pricing and internal approvals
  • Support the onboarding process by identifying selected candidates and facilitating the start date.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical/IT recruiting, staff augmentation, or talent delivery, ideally within a nearshore or LATAM staffing context.
  • Working knowledge of IT roles and technology stacks (e.g., software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data, infrastructure) sufficient to credibly screen profiles and refine job descriptions.
  • Familiarity with staffing commercial models — hourly/bill rates, margin considerations, SOW-based engagements — and comfort operating against revenue and fill-rate targets.
  • Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and pipeline/CRM tooling.

Skills

  • Requirement elicitation and stakeholder management across sales, clients, and delivery partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish (bilingual strongly preferred, given LATAM and US mid-market scope).
  • Excellent organization and follow-through — able to manage many concurrent requisitions without letting details slip.
  • Data discipline: accurate, timely updates to trackers and reports, and comfort presenting pipeline metrics to leadership and clients.
  • Negotiation and consultative advisory skills to align client expectations with market reality on rate, timeline, and profile.

Pay Range

USD $50,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
